On August 28, 1920, Torres-García moved to 4 West 29 Street between Broadway and Fifth Avenue. He describes the location as "these two arteries, the main avenues of the City, where all kinds of vehicles and immense crowds come together. A good place for Torres-García to look out upon and get to work."
