"Hacia fines de este año (1915), Manolita esperaba ser madre por tercera vez, y viendo ya la cosa en inminencia, iba pensando en los días aburridos que tendría que pasar, ¡al menos aquellas paredes blancas de su habitación fuesen decoradas! pues si me das tiempo - dijo Torres - los serán; y se puso a trabajar enseguida.
